Shipping Policy
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Most paid orders are packed within 1 business day and shipped with our delivery partner. Tracking details are shared when available.
Rates & Delivery
Flat-rate shipping is applied at checkout. Free shipping is available above the configured order threshold. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier conditions.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or used items are not returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
